The pool was refreshing and the spacious rooms were clean. the staff were helpful and polite. the hotel's location was great as it was close to local restaurants and shops, which made it easy to find good food and souvenirs.
We waited for over an hour to move to another room due to a broken air conditioning system. It resulted in an uncomfortable stay and disappointingly unprofessional staff.

That the parking area was far from the hotel entrance, which could be inconvenient with heavy luggage. Furthermore, there seemed to be some confusion among the hotel staff regarding charges and room changes, leading to a delay in addressing issues.
